My office is here to assist you in accessing city services and addressing your concerns. This form allows you to request help with a variety of issues, such as:

  • Understanding and utilizing city programs
  • Navigating the process for obtaining a permit or license
  • Reporting issues in your neighbourhood
  • Sharing your ideas and priorities for the city

To best serve you, please include the following information in your request:

  • A clear and concise description of your issue or request
  • Any relevant details about the situation (e.g., dates, names, locations)
  • If applicable, the specific city service you’re trying to access

311 Service Request:
Have you already contacted the city about this issue through the 311 Service Request system? If so, please include the reference number for your request in the form. This will help us avoid duplication of efforts.

Important Note:
To ensure efficient case processing, we require your postal code. Councillor Saxe’s office is assigned cases geographically to best serve the needs of specific neighbourhoods.  We cannot begin processing your request until your postal code is included.
